y feet. Since I spend 8-10 hours a day sitting at a desk, my doctor has recommended that I prop up my feet. Rather than spend money to purchase a footstool, I created this:
It is my office trash can, topped with a flat designed for holding coca-cola bottles, and then covered with a blanket. I think it works quite well.
That's cute! I've done something similar from time to time at work. That's probably a good idea to have something comfortable to rest your feet on. My doctor also reminded me today that because of a medication I'm on that can make me more prone to blood clots, it's important to stretch and stand up once an hour or so since I'm also in a sedentary work environment. It's a good thing to remember.
When I was pregnant with Noah I turned over a wastebasket and put a blanket on it too at work... I liked it so much that I made my own little raised leg station at my desk here at home too!

Nice! I bet your feet kill when you're preggers so I'm glad you've found a way to make yourself a little more comfortable.
LOVE your goals! Hope you're feeling well and enjoying your pregnancy
